I was born in London, raised between India and New Jersey, spent my twenties surviving a relationship that nearly erased me, built a career in clinical research, married a Nigerian American man, had three kids, moved to San Diego, and then packed up everything to start over in Barcelona. I have lived many lives. Now I am writing my way through them.

rewriting.me is a collection of essays on identity, motherhood, midlife clarity, and what happens when you stop performing the version of yourself the world expects. I write for the women who have done everything right and still feel unfinished. This is not a guide. It is company.
